The enquiry form collects your name, business or agency name, work email, phone number, selected enquiry type, and the project context you choose to provide. Your IP address may be processed temporarily for rate limiting and abuse prevention. The site does not use advertising trackers or add enquiry details to marketing lists.
Why we use your information
We use enquiry information to evaluate your business problem, respond with accurate technical recommendations, decide whether Madev is the right fit, prepare engagement scopes, protect our forms from spam, and maintain a record of project discussions.
How information is handled & stored
Enquiries are recorded in a private Google Sheet and delivered through Madev's configured email provider. Access is limited to people who need the information for qualification, scoping, or delivery. Madev does not sell personal information or use enquiry details for unrelated marketing.
Legal basis & international processing
Where applicable, processing is based on taking pre-contractual steps at your request and Madev's legitimate interest in responding to genuine business enquiries and protecting the website from abuse. Because Madev works internationally, information may be processed in India and by the email and Google service providers used to operate the enquiry workflow.
