Clear, fair rules regarding website use, project proposals, intellectual property ownership, and client engagement boundaries.
This website presents Madev's methodology, technical capabilities, and selected project experience. Content is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute a binding contract or professional duty of care prior to a formal agreement.
Every client engagement is governed by a separate written agreement specifying scope, milestones, responsibilities, fees, confidentiality, acceptance criteria, and ownership. Any transfer of custom deliverables takes effect only as stated in that agreement and after the applicable fees are paid.
The complimentary Business Scan is a focused diagnostic intended to identify operational friction and a useful technical direction. Three scans are available in each published intake cycle, subject to availability and fit review. Systems Blueprint scope and pricing are provided separately after the initial discussion.
Project summaries, client identities, visuals, and metrics are published only when their facts and permissions have been reviewed. Items awaiting permission remain clearly marked as summaries. Confidential information, proprietary code, and restricted client material are not published.
Madev retains ownership of this website, brand identity, original content, reusable know-how, and pre-existing materials. Ownership or licensing of client-specific code, configurations, third-party components, and custom deliverables is defined in the applicable project agreement.
